JAN 2017
January 2017 Soul Studio Events Pop up made its first debut. Armed with a couple of pots of Soul food, a chalk board, a blue Argos money box and Mama Soul’s support and help. The reponse was amazing, this is where Angelee knew she had something special, something Soulful!
MAR 2017
Secured the Virgin Start Up fund and their first contract. Angelee also managed to convince her two brothers to leave their jobs, move into her house, work around the clock with no wages to get the Soul train on track! Cooking in the night, and serving in the day. This time was crazy!

Within six months Soul Studio Events were opening their second site. This is when they took on their first employee! The Soul team started to grow!

2 1/2 years later and 11 sites now open, the operations became more and more challenging.
How could they keep consistency and growth? How could they manage margins and control? That’s when they embarked on one of their biggest projects: Soul Central Kitchen, based near Heathrow. It took 6 months to complete. This was a game changer, and took their food developent to the next level!JUN 2019

With the central kitchen complete and 11 sites open. Soul deli make every single element in-house, by their trained and super talented team. SD also secured their biggest and most prestigious site in Canary Wharf with 4000 ppl and open on the ground floor to the public

The pandemic forces us to close all our sites down. A very difficult period for all. It was time to dig deeper than we had ever done before, this is where the Soul was tested!

Teamed up with ‘Meals for the NHS’ Our central kitchen came in handy! Over the next 8 months we made thousands of meals for our amazing NHS!

We launched Soul Box. Corporate gifting. Whether its bringing your zoom call together, a bespoke Christmas box, a virtual award ceremony. Our boxes were a huge success nationally!

Soul Studio Events have successfully opened in 4 locations. Opened Canary Wharf and launched our new weekend Soul Brunch Sessions! Soul Studio Events secured a very prestigious contract for one of the biggest global sports brands – Nike at their Kings Cross HQ. We have struck an amazing, soulful and exclusive partnership with Halli Berri Coffee, we are now roasting our own single origin coffee. Every single element of what we do is produced in house with SOUL!
